As the air gets cooler and the days get shorter, we begin to notice shifts in ourselves as well. We begin to experience mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual changes. 

Our Spirit begins to pull in from all the activities of summer.

The energy can feel refreshing and exciting.  Whether you are back to classes or just back to your work routine, the memories of back to school linger… the new pencils and notebooks… new organization.. and especially new possibilities.

Before we move into this next season, it’s a good time to reflect and honor the Summer and the transition ahead.  And all that the season has brought in for you… like all the new growth, joy, freedom, and wild energy that comes from being outside with Mother Earth.

We had some great guests on the show this season starting with Granddaughter Crow talking about challenging your beliefs and standing in your truth. We had Raven Digitalis offering tips for the Empaths with his Empath’s Oracle Cards for the Everyday Empath.  And we had Lauren Walker talking about Energy Medicine Yoga and how blending energy Medicine into your yoga practice can be very powerful.

Susie Carder came in to help us with the growth of the season with her book, Power Your Profits so that you can expand your work. I must say I have just hired another team member thanks to her inspiration. Rachel Wilkie was back talking about how creativity can expand by sitting quietly in meditation and all the many benefits this practice can bring which lead us into the Succulent Wild Woman with SARK… Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy.  We moved through the Lion’s Gate to grow in consciousness for this season. 

And then we had Itzhak Beery back on the show explaining the prophecies that are coming forward as well as the popularity of plant medicine. 

One of my favorite episodes was with Marilyn Aluaria talking about Spirit Guides and how you can connect and expand your relationships with these powerful cords of energy. 

Learning to trust your inner guidance became our next topic with Zen DeBrucke talking about Your Inner GPS and how important it is to train this and put priority into your spiritual practice.

Last week we had Susan Miller back talking about the forecast for the rest of the ear and into 2023.  It has been a full season.  If you missed any episodes be sure to go back and listen to them.  

So grateful for each guest and the work that was offered.

Today, I would like to offer you a chance to reflect on your path for this season in your life through a meditation honoring the summer.

Honor your path and all the many things you have endured… things you have made it through… accomplishments you have succeeded in… and new possibilities you have brought forward.

There is always more to do to plan to accomplish… but just in this very moment, just for today.. acknowledge your presence on all the pathways of life.

Acknowledge all these pathways for your path:

Divine pathway – your spiritual awareness

Elemental pathway – your physical presence on earth

Power pathway – your intuition, energy body, Reiki knowledge

Imaginal pathway – your connection to the angels, the divas, the beings, and your spirit guides.

Thank the Summer energies, Mother Earth, Father Sky,  the direction of the South.. and our beautiful Sun shining absolute light onto you.

Imagine yourself walking a sacred circle around the Medicine Wheel.

See yourself standing at the very edge of the direction of the south … preparing to walk the pathway for autumn .. in the direction of the west.
