As this podcast goes to air, we’ve just moved through the first New Moon of 2024. The Capricorn energy of this New Moon is an earth element that is helping you to feel grounded in this year.

I love the sayings, and the mantras that have been coming forward that rhyme with 4. Manifest more in 2024.  Love more in 2024.  Curious more in 2024 .. that’s one of mine.

Winter is a time to go deep within and allow for the body, mind, spirit, and emotions to heal and clear.  It’s a time to work with the ancestors, break patterns,  dream for new paths, and envision the infinite.

Today on the show, I wanted to talk about my soul purpose, why I do what I do, and to offer a soul clearing.

This past year, I finished out many spiritual contracts.  With those endings, an opening, a portal to expand and create new contracts, came forward for me.  Out of the void comes a new newness that can feel scary to go through.  That is where trust comes in.

My spiritual gifts expand through these experiences, my teachings, and working with my private mentoring students, helping me to recognize how I show up for humanity at this time.

Working with our energy body, our subtle body, through the Soul is the deepest level most people aren’t taught to access. But what I have “proved” with my work this past year (years) is that as you are taught and through practice, you can learn to work with your soul to transform obstacles in opportunities.. struggles into success.

In humanity right now, we feel many things. On the one hand, so grateful to be putting the pandemic aside and finding growth in ourselves and our community. Yet, on the other hand, there is a fear. Could it happen again? 

There is also a huge vibration of loneliness going around, feeling isolated and struggling to reconnect to society. Through all of this, a winding up of energy… hurry, hurry, hurry to do more, to be more.  Yes, it is projected to be an abundant year, like I was saying at the start… but not in an anxious, don’t breathe, hurry up kind of way.

Helping people recognize the spiritual being that they are in their human body is my soul’s purpose.
