As this podcast goes to air, we’ve just moved through the first Full Moon of Winter and the last full moon of the year.  Ruled by the energy of Cancer, it was directing your attention inward to your emotions and your intuition.

The Cancer Full Moon is one of the most emotionally charged Moons of the year and a good reminder for all of us to slow down, pause, and nourish ourselves. Taking the time to restore your energy and repair your nervous system is so important as we prepare for the new year.

We are in the sign of Capricorn, which shares many similarities with Cancer… both helping you in the form of creative expressions of your inner world, encouraging you to spend some time alone, honor your intuition, and listen to your inner guidance.

This cosmic energy has some retrograde energy, which will allow you to do this.. to slow down and review your year. It is a time to examine life and all the many challenges that have occurred.

In today’s episode, I wanted to take a moment to pause and offer a Meditative Blessing of Gratitude as we go to close the year.

2023 was a 7-year which signified a spiritual awakening for many.  The energy of 7 is about the deeper resources, the mysteries, and the intersection of Spiritual and Material.

Where have you noticed this energy of connecting with your Spirit this year?  We offer gratitude for this unveiling… for the messages of the soul.

We listen … we learn.. we shift. We break free of old imprints with this gratitude as we prepare for 2024.

2024 = 8, which marks a year of abundance through this unveiling.  It will be a year of infinite possibilities. 

Just for today…
Let go of worry.
Honor all life, including yours.
Be honest with yourself and everyone else.
Recognize your anger and work through it.
Be grateful for all your many blessings.
