As this podcast goes to air, we are opening up to the season of Winter.  The Solstice was celebrated on 12/21, which welcomed back the light.  I have to admit these past 2 weeks have been dark. The cosmic forces, the short days, and the lonely vibration of humanity have all contributed to it.

I love the transitions of seasons. It’s a time to pull your energy back to you, hopefully you took some time to cut cords and let go of the old energies of fall.  You don’t have to bring it all with you.

It’s refreshing when you do this.

Winter is about going deep within.  It’s a time to pull your energy within. To explore your inner light. To understand the connections you have with your soul.  What agreements and soul contracts have you made with yourself?  Which ones are serving you, and which ones aren’t?  These are the questions to ask this season.

The cosmic energy has some retrograde energy, which will allow you to do this.. to slow down and review your year.

It is a time to examine life and all the many challenges that have occurred.

What are the messages of your Soul?  Are you listening?  Are you tuning into your guides, your angels?  Who makes up your Spiritual team for guidance?

In today’s episode, I wanted to offer a channeled meditation for your Soul to open up to this new Winter Season.

As I teach, winter is found in the direction of the North. The qualities of winter are Introspection, Contemplation, Dreaming, and Visions.

White is the color of the North and Air is the element of this season.

When we walk in the North, we walk in the womb of Mother Earth. We return to the essence of our Soul.

We rest. 

It is a time of inner growth. 

The messages come in for healing, more love of the self, and infinite dreams and possibilities.

A lot goes beneath the surface when we rest!

Just like all the seeds and roots of plants and trees, new growth is occurring. Just because we can’t see it, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

May this winter be a time of dreaming and expanding your visions.

A time to love yourself even more.
