In today’s episode, I speak with Kyle Russell, a crystal expert who’s written a new book on Crystals and has a somewhat different perspective on working crystals that debunk the crystals myths…  We talk about his healing, new age crystal myths such as clearing, cleaning, charging and programing, and some of our favorite crystals.  I will leave it up to you to decide which of these are myths, which you follow and which ones you don’t.

Kyle Russell is an online personality with three decades of experience working with crystals. He teaches  daily on Tik Tok, has 300 videos on You tube, and also Monthly in person meditation and crystal programs. His Portal Crystal Gallery is located in Arlington, Massachusetts.  His new book on Crystal Energy is due out THIS Spring on Amazon, IngramSpark, and through his Crystal Concentrics website. Kyle has a different viewpoint which comes from his own experiences:

1) Cleansing – Washing away dirt and grime 

2) Clearing – Energy isn’t easy to compromise so not really necessary to do this.  Crystals aren’t sponges and don’t absorb as much as you think.

3) Charging – To restore it’s full vibrancy. Okay to put them back into the elements like under the moonlight, back into the ground and outdoors.

4) Programing – Not necessary. We are the ones that need the programming. 

Does the Crystal even care?

This conversation was very interesting. Some of his ideas I agree with and some I offer to agree to disagree.
