Welcome to The Empowered Spirit Show. Thank you so much for tuning in and joining me today.
As this podcast goes to air, we are moving into a full moon. Energy is building. Emotions are expanding. This is the closest Supermoon of the year, so we are going to feel lunar energy radiating strongly. The Libra full moon on Tuesday, April 7 increases the risks associated with the Coronavirus pandemic. The moon makes an aspect to Neptune that is associated with health imbalances. Neptune is the planet of illness and infection.
The cosmic force of the full moon is made more intense by Mars squares Uranus. This creates an impulsive influence, which makes people rebellious and aggressive. So be mindful with your energy.
Jupiter conjuncts Pluto amplifies the risks, but there is a positive aspect to Mercury which allows for understanding and some common sense. It means smart thinking and cooperation with friends and neighbors is the key to staying safe and relatively happy during this difficult phase.
These cosmic forces encourages us to seek new ideas and to connect with abundance in a new and deeper way.
Something I find very interesting is that the Coronavirus name is derived from the Latin corona, meaning crown, because under an electron microscope the viral envelope appears crown-like.
What is our crown chakra all about? …Our spiritual connection. So, as we see this energy exploding perhaps, just maybe, there can be more spiritual awakening happening.
All of this cosmic force energy I talk about on my Energy Focus for the week, which you can always catch live on Sunday nights or the replays on my website.

In today’s episode, we talk about saying yes to life with Elliott Roberston, whose new book is called, Say Yes to Life: Seven Keys to Living Full Out from Within.
In this interview we talk about emotions of jealousy, life feeling unfair, feeling not good enough, and how spiritual practices like finding gratitude and joy can help you stay strong in times like this.
Elliott Robertson is a Happiness Coach and certified leader for ‘Happy for No Reason’ workshops. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology.
Previously, he was a staff writer for Daily Word magazine. His articles have appeared in magazines across the country including Miracles magazine and Science of Mind.
As a young man, Elliott Robertson was crippled by disempowering beliefs and dispositions. He resented life for being unfair. He was jealous of others who led more fulfilling, prosperous lives.
Today he is free of jealousy and bitterness and is committed to inspiring others to release limiting habits such as judging themselves and blaming the cosmos.
In Say Yes to Life, Elliott shines a light on ways to live with the heart leading the way. When the mind serves the heart, a whole new world opens before you and you are free to live a life of Yes!
Never before has humanity lived in an age so ripe for transformation, happiness, harmony and cooperation.
Never before has the need for transformation been so apparent.
Allow yourself to make the changes you need right now so that you can say YES to your life!
