As this podcast goes to air, we have moved into the new season of Winter with lots of cosmic forces… shift and changes.

The eclipses and the grand conjunction of planets have created a new course in the cosmos, which is shining its light and vibration on us.

This dawning age of Aquarius has officially begun, starting the birth of a new 200 year cycle in the element of air.

Air represents our mindset… our thoughts… our breath. 

It is a time to believe in your higher potential, feel your individual importance in the collective, release who you should be for who you are, take a leap to upgrade your vibration, trust that your efforts will manifest greatness and embrace the goodness of life.

If you are a strong, passionate woman who is ready to take charge of her life and let go of the stories running around inside of your head, let’s talk!

With this new season of Winter coming forward, it is a time to go deeper into your Spirit. The Winter season offers you a time to connect with your visions and your dreams, to understand what your truths are and how you want to bring them forward. 

It is also a time that we work with our ancestors. We look at the generational energies, sometimes even referred to as “curses” that the family places on you…you should do this.. you’ll never make it if you do that.. our family business relies on you.. etc.

In today’s episode, I thought I would guide you through a mediation to close out the year… yes it has been a rough one, yet so many amazing lessons and understandings have come forward. Being able to pivot your work is one of the things that going into your spirit can help you to do.

It is important to close out the energy of the year. It will help you to start fresh without carrying the heaviness of 2020 with you into the new year. The tendency is to just keep going and then to set intentions on top of all the old energy.

I, personally, like to use the teachings from the medicine wheel as taught in the indigenous cultures as a way of understanding the cycles of life.

The Medicine Wheel is a circle that contains all the teachings for the seasons and directions. It offers insight into where you are on your journey through awareness, gratitude, compassion and love of oneself.

It also offers a way to course correct along the way.

It helps you discover your personal path in relationship to yourself through Spirit and Mother Earth.

The medicine wheel is symbolic of your life. It’s like a calendar of time, but instead of throwing out the calendar and just getting a new one, it continues on and on, around and around, and therefore contains all the teachings of your life.

If you can, grab your journals, your calendars or even the photo albums from your smartphone, and before we began, hit pause and take a moment to reflect back through the year, starting with the spring… as the East is where life begins…  noting the highlights, the lessons and the gratitude of all that has been embody, the energy that comes forward.

Move through the meditation and then take a few moments and make some notes in your journal about your visions, thoughts, ideas, and insights you may have received through this process to help you move into the new year.

May you be blessed with a new path that opens you up to your highest self. 

May you know how appreciated you are in my life for tuning in, for doing the work and for being a part of raising the vibration of humanity.

May we all move out of this pandemic and into a future that is filled with possibilities.

Be that woman that can open up to a fierceness that defies definition.
