As this podcast goes to air.. we have just moved into the Fall season and opening up to the sun sign of Libra.

We are also coming into a mercury retrograde on Sept 27th offering you a time to slow down and look at your year and all the shifts and changes. This will last for a good bit of October.

Throughout the Libra Season, seek out what needs balancing in your life. Notice what disturbs your harmony, then align with the energies of Fall..  rake it up.. release it out.. refresh the way you feel. Some energies may have served you very well over the last six months but are no longer needed. Thank them and let them go.

Autumn teaches us that what we release becomes fertilizer for new energy. As the leaves hit the ground, they decompose, mirroring the cycle of life. This process shows us that everything has its purpose… even endings.

It’s a time to notice within yourself what is out of balance and what needs attention.

Finding way to tend to the struggles of your life  with the tools that offer you RITES for your everyday life can add inspiration, amusement and joy.

Rites being Reiki… Intuition.. Tarot.. EFT and Stones and Crystals.

It can free you from unnecessary stress that Is going on in the world.
