As this podcast goes to air,  we are full force into a mercury retrograde in Libra offering you a time to slow down and look at your year, your relationships and all the shifts and changes you have been going through. This will last for a good bit of October.

Libra is ruled by Venus, the Planet of Love and Affection, and as a result our social lives will be the star of this retrograde. This transit will deepen the need to recalibrate your most important relationships, a theme that was started when the sun went into Libra this past week.

Retrogrades tend to be a great time to reflect on many areas of our life, especially relationships.  This Mercury retrograde will allow you  to revise, review, and rethink how you are relating to all your relationship within your life to find more balance and fairness within these important bonds.

During this transit, you’ll  be asked to consider how you relate to all of the people in your life, including romantic partners, friends, family, and even your coworkers.

Of course, this is still a Mercury retrograde, so careful and expect some communication mishaps.

Finding way to tend to the struggles of your life  with the tools that offer you RITES for your everyday life can add inspiration, amusement and joy.

In today’s episode, I thought I would talk about my Empowered Spirit Journey through fear and into Costa Rica.  It wasn’t to a spa, resort or the beaches but deep into the jungle and back to mother earth.

Fear is pervasive right now and this pandemic, the virus, has fueled this for so many of us.

I found myself taking some big steps to calm this within me deep diving into my soul with ceremony and purpose as I embraced the GrandMother of all plant medicines.

Now the thing is, I’ve never gone out of the country by myself much less to a country that I don’t speak the language.  But I was searching for some deep answers and felt I needed some extra help.

So I sought out the help of a Shaman/Medicine Man to help me.

The fear of not going was greater than the fear of going.. so I did.

As I prepared and continued my energy work, I noticed how much fear there was in the world coming in from the media and from the pandemic.

One thing I’ve been studying through my apprenticeship with Cyndi Dale is about the energetics of viruses. 

All viruses attach to an external force. Fear is the force that covid is attaching to. They need this dark entity in order to survive. It’s like their brain.  The brain of this Covid versus has attached to fear.  You must first unhook from its source.

Epigenetics is the study of how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and do not change your DNA sequence, but they can change how your body reads a DNA sequence.

As I integrate all that I learned and experienced, my hope is that my light will shine brighter and that I can help you to clear the fear that keeps you stuck in your comfort zone to make the changes you need.
