It is a sensitive time right now but being strong in your Spirit can help.

When you are asking yourself deep questions, it will help you bring up the awareness you need to heal, make changes, and step through the portals of energy that the cosmic forces are bringing.

It is a time to create a spiritual practice for yourself. Or maybe you already have one but you’ve kinda gotten lost on your path. I know it happens. It has happened to me plenty of times.  I’ve had to makeover my spiritual practice… find new teachers… ask the hard questions… but it does work.

It was a little triggering for me as I brought up many memories of this empath-narcissist relationship that I was in.

But the thing is, it reminded me of how far I have come in developing a Spiritual Practice.

It also reminded me of how passionate I am to help others in similar situations to find their strength to get out and stand in their truth.

I learned that these relationships are toxic and very hurtful. I learned through my spiritual practice that I was able to pick myself up and my children, get out of the situation, and create a much better life for me.
