It’s a brand new year and new decade!  Welcome to 2020

How are you doing?  Did you survive the holidays?  And have you made some new intentions for yourself?

As this show goes to air, we are in the eclipse season and lots of cosmic forces shifting around.  We are moving into a completely new energy decade.

At the start of a new decade, we are greeted by a Lunar Eclipse in Cancer, opening a doorway for the chance  to  realize your true potential.

This Lunar Eclipse is a follow up to the Solar Eclipse on the New Moon in Capricorn. Both Eclipses work together to help us bridge the visions created on the New Moon and the actual manifestation of our dreams. Full Moons help us breakdown barriers that prevent us from attracting the energies needed to embody our intentions. They often bring up a perceived crisis, where our emotions intensify until we feel an energetic shift leading us towards a new path and new way of being

With the North Node in Cancer and the South Node in Capricorn, we are asked to create a greater balance in our life between our intuitive and our logical side. It asks us to redefine our life to include more restoration, more joy, and more healing

When the Lunar Eclipse meets Cancer, magic is in the air. Ruled by the Moon and the element of water, Cancer amplifies the already feminine and nurturing powers of the Moon.

This is setting  the stage for great healing and as I see it can really open the door for our most intuitive self to shine through.  This energy is showing you how to be interdependent on your own emotions instead of relying on the energy of others.

Trust thyself to be true!

Normally I talk about all this on my Energy Focus for the week which you can always catch the live on Sunday nights or the replays on my website. Eat week we look at the energy of the week ahead.

However, in this episode, I wanted to offer an opening to the energies of 2020 and offer some forecasts for the year ahead.

I study several different astrologers… both western and Vedic  and their work. I read a lot online of what’s happening… and then I sit with it all in meditation and allow my own energy and guidance to make sense of it all….to share with you energetically.

This will be a year of change… a few steps forward.. a few back.. that feeling throughout the year… especially as we prepare for the presidential election.
