In today’s episode, I thought I would begin to talk about this next creative project I have been working on…

The Empowered Spirit Tarot Deck.

I wanted to offer a two part series on why I love the Tarot for developing intuition with a Meditation for intuition, and then the 2nd part will be a meditative journey through the Empowered Spirit Tarot.

When I first started reading Tarot cards, I had some inclination that Tarot could tell me something about my inner life. But I had no idea how much of a doorway Tarot could be into the intuitive realm.

In the beginning, like many people, I didn’t trust my intuition…

Intuition emerges from the subconscious. The subconscious can bypass the logical mind and ego. But it’s the logical mind and ego that talk you out of believing in intuition.

The Tarot has a way to distract your logical mind with a story. While your logical mind is distracted, your subconscious mind and intuition are engaged.

The tarot is an Oracle. It will tell you things that are not available to you in any other context, especially if you use some degree of intuition.

The Tarot is an information rich picture. If you allow these symbols to impact you from beyond your mind, wonderful things can come forward.
