TINA ZION is a fourth-generation intuitive medium and internationally considered an expert in healing, medical intuition and mediumship. She is a first-place award-winning author and instructor. Tina teaches four courses, Become a Medial Intuitive Practitioner, Advanced Medical Intuition for Healing Others and Become a Medium Who Heals the Deceased. Opening Up to Intuition Without Fear
Tina’s primary mission is to remove fear from spiritual work and death. Many people are afraid to open up their intuitive abilities because they worry about “seeing dead people” or experiencing something frightening. Tina emphasizes that spiritual work is about vibration, color, and information—not scary apparitions.

Trust the Pop
One of Tina’s signature teachings is to “trust the pop” of intuitive information. When information pops into your awareness instantly, that is the clearest, most accurate intuitive guidance. The thinking mind kicks in 2-3 seconds later and begins to doubt, analyze, and distort the original message.
Key Quote: “Always take and trust the pop of information. When information pops in, it will always be the clearest information. And then the few seconds after that will be our thinking mind, trying to sort it out.”
Color as Vibration and Information
Tina explains that color is more than just visual perception—every shade and tone of color is a vibration of information. When we perceive colors in auras or during intuitive work, we are actually receiving detailed information about a person or situation.
Key Quote: “Color is a vibration of information and people don’t really realize that. You’re perceiving a level of information, you’re perceiving even more detail. It’s vibrating in that particular color.”
How Reiki Opens Intuitive Doorways
Reiki is not just a healing modality—it opens doorways to intuitive awareness in all aspects of life. Tina shares that her medical intuitive practice began when she started spontaneously seeing inside people’s bodies during Reiki sessions. She emphasizes the importance of preparing Reiki students for these intuitive openings so they don’t become frightened and abandon their practice.
Key Quote: “Reiki opens up not just that doorway of intuitive visions or awareness. It opens up the doorways in all aspects of life. And people start into reiki and they don’t realize why all these beautiful changes, not just dramatic, terrible changes, never, always opening up to those beautiful changes in their life.”
Building Your Spiritual Team
Not every non-physical being is a guide. Tina teaches the importance of being discerning and commanding about the level of guides you work with. Just as there are different levels of expertise among doctors and teachers on Earth, there are different levels of awareness in the spirit realm.
Deceased loved ones, while precious, are not at the same divine and sacred level as advanced spirit guides. Your spiritual team should consist of highly evolved, specialized guides who have expertise in different areas.
Key Quote: “Not every non-physical being is a guide. What I keep finding all over the world is, oh well, the spirit person shows up. That must be my guide. But no, it’s possibly just a deceased person.”
Heal the Healer First
Healers tend to be givers who pour energy into others without receiving equally for themselves. Tina emphasizes that if you feel drained after sessions, you’re not doing the work correctly. When working properly with a spiritual team, you should feel energized, not depleted.
Key Quote: “If you’re doing this level of work correctly, you should be jazzed up at the end, not drained. Because I’m directing a team of specialists. I’m not giving my clients or sending my clients my own energy.”
Understanding Cords and Energy Connections
Cutting cords is not a true healing. Tina uses the analogy of a garden hose—if someone cuts the hose between two people, each person is still holding their end. The cord needs to be properly released and healed, not just severed.
Not all cords are negative. Positive, loving cords exist between people who care for each other, and these should be honored and maintained.
Key Quote: “You would still have, it’s like a garden hose if you have a garden hose holding one end. I have the other end, and a healer comes by and cuts the garden hose for us. You still have a chunk of it. You are holding onto it, and I have the other end of it holding on. That’s not a healing, just chopping cords all the time.”
Death is Not the End
One of the most powerful messages in this conversation is that death is simply the release of the physical body—not the end of existence. We are eternal beings who continue to advance and evolve. Many deceased people don’t even realize they have passed, which is why mediums can help facilitate healing conversations between the living and the deceased.
Key Quote: “We never die. We are an eternal being who hopefully is advancing, advancing, advancing. Death is really only the release of physical body. We release a body. There is, in my humble opinion, not, there’s no death. There’s the release, I call it more of a release of physical body.”
It’s Never Too Late to Heal Relationships
Even after someone has passed, healing is still possible. Mediums can serve as translators between the living and deceased, allowing both parties to express what was left unsaid and to find closure and peace.
Key Quote: “It is not too late to heal a relationship. Even if one of those people passed on, it is never too late because they’re not dead. They’re without a physical body at this moment.”
Working with Haunted Places and Beings
Tina addresses the popular fascination with haunted locations and ghost hunting shows. She emphasizes that there’s no need to agitate spirits. Instead, use clear, direct communication: ask them why they’re still there, what happened, and what they need. Then pause and trust the pop of information.
Key Quote: “They don’t need to agitate. They just need to be very clear with their words. Come forward now and be here with us. Why are you still here in this building? What happened? And then pause and take the pop of information. Even land and buildings can be healed.”
Give Clear Directives to Your Guides
Every word we think and speak is an electrical signal sent out into the universe. Vague requests like “help me” don’t give your spiritual team clear direction. Be specific about what you want to happen, using short, clear, direct language.
Key Quote: “Every word that we think, every word that we say out loud is an electrical signal out into the universe. So give them directives about what you want to have happen. The clearer the words that you use to your team, the clearer they can follow through for you.”
Astral Travel and Teaching in the Dream State
Tina shares that she teaches in the astral realm during dream time, reaching students across dimensions. This is not imagination—it’s a real form of spiritual service and learning.
Key Quote: “It’s very real. If it’s there, it’s in your realm of energy. If it’s there, it’s real.”
